SALT courses are available for either graded credit or audit. Audit students enroll in a course for personal enrichment without seeking university credit. They are given access to all online course materials, and may participate in group discussions and any other course activities. However, they are not required to submit assignments and do not receive a grade. Students who enroll in a course for credit are required to complete all readings and assignments, and they will have a final grade recorded on their university transcript.
